130-Night Trial Policy

Thank you for purchasing your Kingtana ®  mattress. You have 130 calendar days (from the date of delivery) to return your Kingtana ® mattress. We recommend sleeping on your Kingtana mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust.

However, if you are dissatisfied or if you discover a defect in your Product, simply review our 130-Night Trial Policy and Limited Warranties (below) and, if you believe that you are entitled to take advantage of their terms, please contact us at support@Kingtana.com for instructions on how to do so.

The Kingtana 130-Night Trial Policy is limited to one return per household per year, and it must be exercised directly with Kingtana no later than the 130th day following delivery of the Product for which you want a refund.

​PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THE 130-NIGHT TRIAL POLICY AND OUR LIMITED WARRANTIES APPLY ONLY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASERS OF GENUINE KINGTANA ®  PRODUCTS WHO PURCHASED THEIR PRODUCT(S) FOR ORDINARY HOUSEHOLD USE DIRECTLY FROM KINGTANA, AND IN THE CASE OF THE 130-NIGHT TRIAL, MAY APPLY ONLY TO THOSE PURCHASERS WHO PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM KINGTANA. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT SO THAT YOU CAN PRESENT IT TO US IF NECESSARY. IN ADDITION, PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THE 130-NIGHT TRIAL POLICY AND LIMITED WARRANTIES APPLY ONLY IF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION IS IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME YOU WISH TO RETURN IT.

If within the first 130 nights of receiving delivery of your new KINGTANA MATTRESS you're not completely satisfied—for any reason—you may return it for a full refund. Please note that if you return a product under our 130-Night Trial Policy that we originally shipped to an address in Alaska or Hawaii, we will be unable to refund the shipping fees that you paid for the original delivery.

Your returned mattress would either be picked up and recycled, or donated to a charity. In either case once it is picked up you will need a receipt with the name, address, and phone number from the pickup agency or charity. Please take a picture of that receipt as you will need to e-mail it to support@Kingtana.com or cell phone photo text to (888) 896-0645
